Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Little Rock, AR. This opportunity involves working with a manageable caseload of approximately 36–40 students within a daycare and early childhood setting, helping young learners develop critical communication skills during their formative years.
We welcome both experienced CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are passionate about supporting children's speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication growth
- Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to ensure student success
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Address a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Ensure compliance with state and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, early intervention, daycare, or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
