Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Indiana (or eligibility)
- Experience with K-4 populations preferred
- Strong skills in collaboration, case management, and individualized therapy planning
- Ability to adapt services for mild to moderate communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and interventions for a caseload of K-4 students
- Maintain accurate records and complete case management requirements for 27 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other SLPs/District staff
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and related responsibilities
- Utilize a designated speech therapy space for sessions and resource organization
