Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Indiana
- Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide services for elementary-age students, including those in Applied Skills programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and document ongoing treatment and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and family members to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP reviews
- Adapt intervention methods to meet the needs of students in both general and Applied Skills classrooms
