- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
- Competence in managing mild to moderate caseloads (K-4th grade)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-4 students (caseload: 68, with 27 case management)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain student records and case management documentation
- Collaborate effectively with onsite SLPs and SLPA for comprehensive support
- Utilize a designated space for speech sessions
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and school-wide initiatives
