Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Previous experience providing services in school settings preferred
- Solid background in pediatric SLP, including evaluations and treatment
- Familiarity with virtual/teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to IEP requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct teletherapy services to K-12 students at least two days per week
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Document services, maintain records, and participate in team meetings as needed
- Monitor student growth and adjust interventions based on data and observations
- Stay current with best practices in teletherapy and school-based SLP
