Candidates holding a current SLP license, or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), are encouraged to apply. While fully onsite work is required, candidates interested in one work-from-home day weekly may be considered if approved.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure; candidates in CFY will also be considered
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred but not required
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in a diverse, young student population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver speech-language services in both individual and group sessions
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and daycare staff to support student progress
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing case reviews
