Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP license (will also consider those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering each child’s communication and developmental goals
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse group of young children
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
- Conduct regular screenings and progress monitoring
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
