This is an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials—or recent graduates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You’ll provide crucial intervention and support to a caseload of 36–40 young learners in a collaborative and dynamic educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas SLP license required (CFY applicants welcome)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not mandatory
- School-based or pediatric experience strongly valued
- A passion for early language development and individualized student care
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt therapy plans and collaborate with families and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy in a daycare setting
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in language development
