School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Little Rock, Arkansas

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active Arkansas Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school-based settings is highly valued
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings for speech and language difficulties
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services in accordance with IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Provide support, education, and resources to families and classroom teachers
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and training opportunities
