Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arkansas SLP license (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates will be considered)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in school-based or pediatric environments is welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexible and responsive approach to meeting diverse student needs
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to preschool-aged children in alignment with IEP/IFSP goals
- Assess, identify, and document students’ speech and language needs
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and daycare staff to support holistic growth
- Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans
- Maintain precise records, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in team meetings and support multidisciplinary decision making
- Remain current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy
This role is based exclusively onsite at a vibrant daycare center, with the possibility of one remote day to be considered for the right candidate.
