Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required; candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is beneficial, especially with daycare-aged children
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and engage young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of 36-40 daycare-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and well-being
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by program standards
