School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | North Little Rock, Arkansas

Make an impact in a vibrant educational setting supporting young learners’ communication development as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position offers the opportunity to serve a diverse group of approximately 36-40 students at a daycare center near North Little Rock, AR, making a meaningful difference from now through May 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, but not mandatory
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators and families
- Comfortable providing onsite therapy at a daycare facility
- Flexibility for those interested in one remote day may be considered (if approved)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services onsite
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-informed adjustments to interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights to support student growth
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, educators, and related service providers
