Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license required (will consider Clinical Fellowship Year candidates)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and collaborate with young children, families, and educators
- Commitment to onsite work; one day of remote work may be negotiated
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in students ages birth-preschool
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tailor intervention plans, and document ongoing progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, classroom teachers, and daycare staff for integrated student support
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, providing updates and guidance on student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with regulatory and school requirements
