School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Little Rock, Arkansas

Preferred candidates will demonstrate a passion for pediatric speech-language services, with strong communication and advocacy skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for fully licensed SLPs, and Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Holds a current SLP license or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus
- Ability to manage caseload documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to children ages preschool in a daycare center
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Consult with teachers and family members to support carryover of strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely records for compliance and reporting
- Participate in meetings and contribute as a valued team member in a school setting
