Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in the state of Arkansas (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CCC-SLP or CFY (both encouraged to apply)
- Experience with or enthusiasm for working with children in a school or daycare setting
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders with a focus on early childhood populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals
- Document progress and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Engage and educate caregivers and staff to support therapy outcomes
- Maintain professional documentation in compliance with state and district policies
This is an onsite role spanning a full school year through May 2027, with the possibility of discussing occasional work-from-home days for interested candidates.
