Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations, ideally in daycare or preschool settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for a diverse student population
- Comfort working onsite; interest in partial remote work can be discussed
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students ages birth to 5
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide direct therapy, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment focused on student growth
