You’ll collaborate with dedicated professionals, broaden your experience managing a sizable caseload, and gain exposure to innovative practices—whether onsite or virtually—refining your leadership and therapy skills. Each day offers the chance to positively shape the lives of around 50 students.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP License and ESA required
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Comfort with moderate disabilities and resource programs
- Ability to work both onsite and virtually
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to a caseload of ~50 elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families within resource and RISE programs
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and interpret results professionally
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to onsite or virtual needs
