Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license or eligibility to obtain for the state
- Prior experience in a school setting, preferably with a K-12 population
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders among K-12 students
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services according to IEP requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate session records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support generalization of skills in the classroom and beyond
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student accommodations
