Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Washington state SLP licensure and ESA certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience supporting a K-12 caseload in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students one day per week
- Assess, diagnose, and write IEP goals for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Maintain timely and accurate student records and documentation as required by school and state guidelines
- Consult with classroom teachers and families, offering practical strategies for generalization of student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and professional development as appropriate
