Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license for Washington State
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working in primary or elementary school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to equitable and inclusive service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of primary school students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
- Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records
- Provide recommendations and resources to educators and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
