Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License in Minnesota
- SLP - CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Experience or passion for working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Effective communicator and collaborator with teachers, parents, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop tailored IEPs, document and chart progress on IEP goals, and communicate outcomes
- Coordinate and lead IEP meetings, facilitating open dialogue between families and staff
- Consult regularly with educators and administration to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Manage a dynamic caseload with compassion and professionalism
