Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Minnesota
- CCC credentials or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Strong knowledge of pediatric and school-based speech therapy practices
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across designated age groups
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring compliance and student-centered goals
- Track and document student progress toward IEP goals, maintaining thorough records
- Coordinate and lead IEP meetings with staff and families
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ needs
- Consult and provide resources to staff and caregivers for speech and language development
- Adapt therapy plans based on ongoing assessments and student progress data
