Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (state eligibility required)

Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students identified with speech, language, and communication needs across K-12 grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Support IEP meetings and documentation, maintaining compliance with district and federal standards
- Consult with staff and families regarding progress and strategies for student success
- Maintain detailed, timely therapy notes and records
