What We're Looking For:
- Current Washington SLP license or eligibility for certification
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with K-12 students is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt and collaborate with diverse teams
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with caregivers and educational teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on strategies to support academic success
- Provide resources and guidance to teachers and parents regarding strategies for classroom and home
