Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid Washington state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly valued
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and collaborative care
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Deliver both direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with student needs
- Provide progress monitoring and adapt strategies as necessary
