Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience supporting pediatric populations and school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Capable of collaborating effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Understanding of IEP implementation and documentation requirements
- Organized, adaptable, and skilled in engaging diverse young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in Pre K–8th grade within an inclusive school setting
- Manage a small caseload to deliver individualized and group services
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and maintain accurate records in line with school guidelines
- Develop and implement IEP goals while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
- Communicate progress to families and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
