Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Randolph, VT

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Holds or is eligible for SLPA licensure
- Background in school-based or pediatric SLP services preferred
- Experience assisting or collaborating with CCC-SLPs
- Open to both Clinical Fellows and experienced candidates
- Knowledge of IEP-driven interventions and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support services under the supervision of an SLP
- Implement therapeutic activities and individual or small-group lessons tailored to students’ needs
- Assist with screening, progress monitoring, and detailed documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and families
- Provide input during IEP meetings as appropriate and help ensure student goals are addressed
