Desired Qualifications:
- Active or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged children, preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Focus solely on contracted clinical responsibilities—no duties outside of therapy hours
