Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Vermont SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially within school settings
- Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, though not required
- Strong communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set appropriate goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress and success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development events
