Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Current CCC or completing CFY requirements
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary caseload, evaluating and treating students with diverse communication needs
- Deliver direct and indirect services in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop session plans, maintain documentation, and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff for holistic student care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary problem-solving
