Required Qualifications:
- Active Vermont SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required
- Experience working in schools is a plus, but not mandatory
- Comfort working with pediatric populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy—both in-person and via teletherapy—across a caseload of elementary through high school students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to integrate therapy goals within classroom objectives
- Maintain accurate records of progress and adhere to documentation requirements
- Engage in ongoing communication and support for student growth throughout the academic year
