Step into a rewarding role supporting students' communication needs as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. Required Qualifications:

  • Active Vermont SLP license
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required
  • Experience working in schools is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Comfort working with pediatric populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy—both in-person and via teletherapy—across a caseload of elementary through high school students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to integrate therapy goals within classroom objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and adhere to documentation requirements
  • Engage in ongoing communication and support for student growth throughout the academic year
