Desired Qualifications:
- Current Vermont SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued
- Experience in school settings preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with pediatric caseloads and teletherapy platforms is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide goal-oriented recommendations
