Required Qualifications:
- Vermont SLP license
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Clinical Certification (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience delivering speech services to pediatric populations
- Teletherapy and traditional school-based therapy competency is an asset
- Previous experience in schools valued, but not mandatory
- Commitment to student success, strong organizational skills, and effective communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment for students with communication and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy in-person and via teletherapy, as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress
- Participate actively in meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
