Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in White River Junction, VT

Key Qualifications:
- Experience or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY
- Strong understanding of pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Skilled in developing, adapting, and carrying out therapy plans for children in grades Pre-K through 8
- Effective communicator able to engage with students, educators, and families
- Team-oriented attitude and adaptability to varying student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language interventions as directed by supervising SLP
- Support individualized education plans tailored to students’ speech and communication goals
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation on student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student care
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that motivates young learners
