ProCare Therapy is currently hiring Certified Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) for multiple openings in Katy, Texas for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, providing flexibility for clinicians seeking either a consistent school-year schedule or a reduced caseload.
These positions are available for an ASAP start and will continue through May 2027. The district is also open to considering Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) for full-time positions only, making this an opportunity for both experienced clinicians and qualified CFs beginning their careers.

SLP-CFs: Considered for full-time openings only
Your Role
As a school-based SLP, you’ll work directly with students to support their communication and educational goals. Responsibilities may include:
Providing speech and language therapy based on individual student needs and IEP goals
Completing evaluations and assessments when appropriate
Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
Tracking student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating on student goals
Working closely with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
Supporting students with communication skills that impact their academic and everyday school experience
Maintaining compliance with applicable school and state requirements
What We’re Looking For
CCC-SLP Candidates
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for Texas licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Pediatric or school-based experience is helpful, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively within a school environment
SLP Clinical Fellows
SLP-CFs are welcome to apply for full-time positions. Candidates must meet the educational and clinical requirements necessary to begin their Clinical Fellowship and obtain Texas licensure.
