Pediatric Speech Pathology - Easton, MD

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical experience with pediatrics, preferably in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Organized, adaptable, and passionate about working with children
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop goals and interventions
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert guidance for student support plans
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings, adapting to diverse student needs
- Provide resources and education to families and staff to promote student growth
