What We’re Looking For:
- Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license (active and in good standing)
- New Jersey Department of Education certification
- SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development and meetings
- Provide professional guidance and resources to support student achievement
- Stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements in school-based speech-language services
