Qualifications:
- NJ Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Valid NJ Speech-Language Specialist (SLS) Certification
- CCC-SLP strongly preferred; Open to CFs with external supervision arranged (no SLPAs)
- Previous school-based experience and passion for early childhood and Autism support a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for elementary and preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Engage in school-based meetings and contribute to a positive student learning environment
