Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical experience with pediatric populations, particularly within school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, and students
- Passion for fostering development and confidence in children with speech and language challenges
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student success in and out of the classroom
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in meetings related to student care and education
- Offer resources and support to families and school staff, encouraging carryover of skills beyond the classroom
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
