Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Comfortable providing services to a range of K-12 students
- Adaptability to travel between sites
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs for students of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
- Deliver therapy individually and in groups, tracking measurable progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case management
