Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience working within a school environment is highly desired
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor therapy to students’ IEPs and diverse communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions with creativity and purpose
- Participate in parent meetings, case conferences, and school-wide initiatives
