Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA, or completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in school-based settings preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct screenings and assessments in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support classroom teachers and families with practical communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
