Speech Language Pathologist in Camden Wyoming, DE

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP requirements
- Provide direct therapy to students in group and individual formats
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and district consultations
- Consult with staff and parents regarding student progress and strategies for support
