Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a valid Delaware SLP CCC license
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Demonstrated skills in speech/language assessment and therapy
- Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Effective communication and collaboration with educators, families, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive speech-language assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students with communication needs
This role is a 37.5-hour, full-time contract opportunity, from August 25, 2026, to November 13, 2026.
