School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Bellevue, Washington

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Washington state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Open to SLPs with CCC, as well as CFY candidates seeking mentorship
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with children and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver targeted interventions through individual and group sessions
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with IEP requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Adapt therapy plans to student needs and monitor progress
