Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based or early learning setting preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 25-40 young students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work hybrid (in person 3-4 days weekly)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide speech-language therapy for early learners
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in school and team meetings both in person and virtually as needed
