Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or CFY)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or early learning setting preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 25-40 young students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work hybrid (in person 3-4 days weekly)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide speech-language therapy for early learners
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in school and team meetings both in person and virtually as needed
