Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations (early childhood and/or elementary school settings preferred)
- Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively consult with educators, families, and other interdisciplinary team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a K–12 setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
