Early Childhood Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Haughton, LA

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in pediatric, early childhood, and elementary populations
- Ability to adapt therapy methods for varying student needs (moderate to profound)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K–12 students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services based on IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support inclusive learning
