Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings preferred
- Comfort and adaptability working with a broad range of student abilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP process and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and caregivers
