Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Louisiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Knowledgeable in early childhood and elementary speech-language development
- Comfortable adapting strategies for diverse caseloads and needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Open to both local and travel SLPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized intervention plans for students with varying communication and language needs
- Team with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary team
- Provide screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as required
