Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY considered
- Hold (or be eligible for) Louisiana state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school or educational settings
- Ability to support diverse learners from early childhood through grade 12
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services, including assessment, goal planning, and therapy
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students with varied communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of student-centered plans
