Early Childhood Education (ECE) Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Gonzales, Louisiana

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric settings, especially with early childhood and elementary-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering growth and inclusivity in school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Adapt therapy approaches to address varying levels of need within your caseload
