Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible state SLP licensure (CFYs and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply)
- Background in pediatric speech therapy, specifically within school settings or early childhood interventions
- Familiarity with creating individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering growth and confidence in students of all abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation as required by school policies
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote positive educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff training sessions
