Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged students (K–12)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to tailor therapy for moderate to profound needs
- Compassion, creativity, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students with varying needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain timely progress reports and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer guidance for inclusive classroom strategies
- Advocate for students’ communication needs school-wide
