We are seeking compassionate and collaborative clinicians who are passionate about supporting students across a variety of age groups and educational settings.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Louisiana SLP License or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
About the Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students with speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs. Caseloads may include elementary, middle, or high school students, with placements thoughtfully determined during the interview process based on experience and district needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility determination processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain compliant documentation and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
