Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possession of current CCC certification or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- A commitment to supporting children with diverse communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct speech-language therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Adapt interventions and materials to best serve each student's unique needs
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
