Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active New York State SLP license or eligibility at the time of hire
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcomed
  • Pediatric experience, preferably within school-based or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Conduct therapy both in-person and through teletherapy as needed
  • Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
