What You’ll Bring:
- Active Texas SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary and middle school-aged children
- Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations and develop clear IEP goals
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
- Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services onsite
- Collaborate regularly with special education professionals, teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain detailed records and progress reporting in accordance with school and state guidelines
