Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current Washington SLP state licensure
- SLP-CCC credential required
- WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification, or willingness to obtain before start
- Fingerprinting completed through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, particularly with K-12 populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team consultations, and professional development opportunities
