Required Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC and experience in school-based settings
- Background in feeding/swallowing and AAC
- Enthusiasm for serving diverse student needs
- Able to manage a caseload of about 33 students
- Comfortable with high-needs/high-behavior students (with support provided)
- Collaborative, communicative, and organized
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions in both life skills and behavioral contexts
- Create and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support safe eating and alternative communication for students
- Liaise virtually and in-person with SLP colleagues, special educators, and assistants
